Under the direct supervision of the JSO Safety & Prevention Unit, the School Crossing Guard is responsible for the safe and orderly crossing of school-age children at their assigned location. Work is performed under direct supervision and in accordance with established rules and regulations procedures established by the Florida Department of Transportation.
